A Zoning Permit is a Land Use that the City requires Prior to any development within the city limits. That includes but not limited to ANY NEW BUSINESS, EXISTING BUSINESS MOVING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER, DEVELOPEMENT OF A PROPERTY.
