Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-29-20, issued on March 17, 2020, temporarily suspended certain teleconferencing requirements from the Ralph M. Brown Act, making it easier (and safer) to hold Council meetings by teleconferencing. In this difficult time, our elected leaders need feedback from the community, and an opportunity to be able to make decisions for the community, in order to help make things better for the public. The 3/17 Executive Order is therefore a step in the right direction. Stay well and please think about the older generation who needs all of us to observe certain precautions during this public crisis, so that we can flatten the curve on the spread of COVID-19. Stay well and God bless you and your family!
