Dear Community Members and Water Users:

Due to improved water conditions in 2017, the Avenal City Council amended the City's Water Conservation Measures on April 13, 2017. The purpose of this letter is to request continued assistance utilizing Phase II water conservation measures by all users until further notice.

The following measures, including amendments, are in force and effect:

GOAL: Continued water conservation measures by all water users:

** Sunday Watering: Both even and odd-numbered addresses may water on Sundays during the hours of 12:00 a.m. -11:59 p.m.
