Utility Billing

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for setting up and maintaining customer's accounts. These services are available to the customer in person or by phone. City services include Water and Sewer. Garbage and Recycling services are provided by Mid Valley Disposal.

New Service

In order to establish a new water and sewer account you will need a valid U.S government issued photo identification and a $100.00 meter deposit.

Please use the Request for Service Form (Fillable), below, attach a copy of government issued identification and email to Yolanda Cabral. For payment see below.

Pay Your Bill

Residents can send their payments by mail or in person.  For your convenience you may drop your payment in our night drop slot located on the left hand side of our front doors. Please do not leave cash in the drop slot.

Cash payments must be made in person during normal business hours.

Online Utility Bill Payments

You can now pay your utility bill online through eGov.
