Zoning determines land uses within the city. Each parcel in the city is assigned to a zone which describes the regulations under which that land may be used. The Zoning Code identifies allowable uses and sets development standards such as minimum lot size, maximum building height, and minimum front yard depth.
Parcel Map Requirements
For parcel splits or lot line adjustments, we require 4 copies of the tentative parcel map (completed by a surveyor or engineer), preliminary title report, and a $200 filing fee. Also provide the map in electronic PDF version.
